Quality Assurance – Processes we follow
Ficode is always determined to deliver high quality product to our customers for whom we take responsibility from start to end i.e. from creating a test plan to post production support. At Ficode we believe in following processes and delivering a bug free product. We move step by step for delivery as we start with Test plan to create traceability to check the coverage of complete requirement to functional /non- functional testing to post production support. Detailed Reports are shared with the customer for the project details to track the project quality status. We followed these processes to make sure we are delivering quality product to the customer.
Smoke Test
Smoke test is done to check if build is further testable or not. Smoke test cases are created for all the products. We follow this testing process to make sure customer always get best quality product from us.
Testing
The build delivered to QA is tested; bugs are raised using the tool Mantis. Here QA make sure all the requirement is covered using the traceability matrix where in the requirement and test cases are mapped.
Re-Testing/Regression
Re-testing is done to make sure all the bugs are resolved and closed followed by regression to verify that no other functionality has got impacted because of change and bug fixes.
User acceptance testing
To deliver the Product to the customer - User acceptance testing is performed by team members i.e. QA and Developer along with the Customer.
